The Google Ads Mastery Bootcamp, conducted by AFEA Group, offers high-potential youth the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and gain practical experience. Whether you're just starting out or looking to switch into digital marketing, you don't need prior experience in the field to apply. We're looking for individuals eager to learn and contribute, with the support of experienced mentors who will guide you every step of the way. The company will provide a monthly bootcamp participants  payment of 500 AZN. Graduates of the Google Ads Mastery Bootcamp may have job opportunities after completing the 3-month program.

 

🎓 What You Will Learn:

-Campaign Development: Gain hands-on experience in creating and launching Google Ads campaigns. Learn how to craft compelling ad copy, select effective keywords, and structure campaigns for maximum impact.

-High-Quality Landing Page Writing: Learn the principles of writing effective landing page content that enhance the performance of your ad campaigns. Discover how to integrate SEM best practices to increase conversion rates.

-In-depth Research: Learn to identify trends and gather insights through rigorous market and competitor analysis that leads to informed decisions.

-Optimization Techniques: Master the art of optimizing Google Ads campaigns using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid adjustments to increase efficiency and return on investment.

-Analytics Mastery: Develop analytical skills to interpret complex data sets. Learn how to use various tools to measure ad performance, adjust strategies in real-time, and report on results.

-Decision Making: Enhance your ability to make data-driven decisions. Use your insights to refine advertising approaches and achieve business objectives.

 

👨🏻‍💻Job responsibilities:

- Assist in creating and launching Google Ads campaigns, receiving guidance from experienced marketers on crafting compelling ad copy, selecting effective keywords, and structuring campaigns for maximum impact.

- Write and optimize landing page content using SEM best practices under senior specialists’ supervision to boost conversion rates.

- Perform A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid adjustments under professional guidance to enhance campaign effectiveness.

- Collaborate/Brainstorm with other department members to understand the big picture of the products.

- Conduct market, keywords, and competitor research with mentor support to identify trends for informed marketing strategies.

- Monitor campaign performance with analytics tools, adjust strategies and make appropriate changes in case it is required.

- Report the results, plans and forecasts to your mentor/management.

 

👨🏻‍💻Skills and abilities:

- Outstanding analytical skills and strong attention to detail.

- Proficiency in English is required.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to think creatively in developing ad campaigns and solving problems

- High interest in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads.

- Strong Time Management skills to manage tasks under tight deadlines

- Experience with Google Sheets & Google Docs is preferred

- Ability to quickly adapt changes in technologies, strategies, and market conditions
